PLEASE READ THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF USE AND SALE (THE “TERMS”) CAREFULLY BEFORE PLACING ANY ORDER. BY PLACING AN ORDER OR TICKING THE CHECKBOX ABOVE, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS IN THEIR ENTIRETY.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Buyer,” “you,” or “your”) and Aura Peptides, LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, successors, and assigns (collectively, “Aura Peptides,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

1. Definitions (a) “Account” means any user profile created on the Site. (b) “Applicable Law” means all federal, state, local, and international laws applicable in any jurisdiction. (c) “Order” means any request to purchase Products. (d) “Product(s)” means any peptides, research compounds, chemicals, or related items. (e) “Third-Party Providers” means all independent manufacturers, suppliers, carriers, fulfillment centers, and logistics companies. (f) “Research Purposes Only” means legitimate scientific laboratory research by qualified researchers or institutions.

2. Products and Intended Use – Research Purposes Only All Products are sold strictly and exclusively for legitimate scientific research and laboratory purposes by qualified researchers or institutions. The Products are not intended, approved, or suitable for human or animal consumption, diagnostic, therapeutic, medical, personal, or any other non-research use.

You expressly acknowledge and agree that: (i) No Product has been evaluated or approved by the FDA or any regulatory authority for any use. (ii) You are solely responsible for full compliance with all Applicable Law in your jurisdiction. (iii) You have no intention of using the Products for any human or animal administration. (iv) Any such use would violate UK law (including the Human Medicines Regulations 2012) and these Terms.

UK-SPECIFIC COMPLIANCE (FOR UK BUYERS) If you are a resident or entity in the United Kingdom, you further warrant that: (a) You are purchasing solely for genuine laboratory research by a qualified researcher or accredited institution; (b) You understand the MHRA disregards “research purposes only” labelling if the overall context suggests human use; (c) You will not resell or supply the Products in any way that could be interpreted as supplying unlicensed medicines.

INTERNATIONAL COMPLIANCE (APPLIES TO ALL BUYERS WORLDWIDE) By placing an Order, you warrant and represent that: (a) You are purchasing solely for genuine laboratory/scientific research in full compliance with all Applicable Law in your country, the delivery country, and any transit country; (b) You have or will obtain all required permits, licences, and authorisations; (c) You will not resell, redistribute, or use the Products in any way that could be interpreted as supplying unlicensed medicines or regulated substances; (d) You will immediately notify Aura Peptides of any regulatory inquiry or investigation.

Aura Peptides reserves the absolute right to refuse, cancel, or limit any Order for any reason without liability.

3. Ordering and Payment All Orders are subject to our acceptance. All sales are final and non-refundable. By placing an Order you authorise us and our Third-Party Providers to charge your payment method for the full amount including taxes, shipping, and fees.

4. Shipping, Delivery, and Fulfillment We utilise Third-Party Providers for all physical fulfillment. We do not physically handle, possess, store, manufacture, package, label, inspect, or ship any Products. Title and risk of loss pass to you upon shipment. You are solely responsible for all customs duties, taxes, import restrictions, and compliance with carrier requirements.

5. Disclaimers THE SERVICES AND PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS”. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES WHATSOEVER. Aura Peptides operates solely as a third-party reseller and intermediary. We disclaim all liability for product quality, purity, safety, condition, shipping issues, customs problems, or any regulatory action. Any regulatory action, fine, seizure, or prosecution is your sole responsibility.

6. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Order. You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, fines, or criminal prosecution arising from your purchase, import, possession, or use of the Products, including any breach of the compliance warranties above.

7. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America and the laws applicable where Aura Peptides, LLC is located, to the fullest extent permitted by law. Mandatory consumer protection or other laws in your country of residence may apply where they provide greater protection and cannot be waived. Any disputes shall be resolved in the manner and jurisdiction that provides Aura Peptides with the maximum legal protection available under Applicable Law.

8. Entire Agreement These Terms constitute the entire agreement. By ticking the checkbox and placing your Order you confirm you have carefully read and voluntarily agree to every provision, including the research-only policy and all compliance warranties.
